BOIL ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED
For those under the Precautionary Boil Order, issued Sunday, 7-19-2026, in the Brush Creek area and South of Sugar Creek in the Big Sugar & Greens at Big Sugar neighborhoods, the BOIL ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED. Please dispose of any ICE at this time to start with fresh ice.
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!!
You may still experience discolored water due to sediment being disturbed in the mains and air entrapment. This will settle out. Water has been determined to be safe for consumption.
From Water Supplier:
We will be lifting the request for a Conservation Order from all of our customer cities this morning. This includes, Bella Vista Property Owners Association, Benton County Water District #1, Centerton Utilities, City of Decatur Arkansas, Gateway Public Water Authority, City of Garfield - City Hall, City of Gentry, Arkansas-, City Of Gravette, City of Highfill Government, City of Lincoln, Arkansas, Lost Bridge Village Water & Sewer Districts, Pea Ridge Water Utilities, City of Prairie Grove, City of Tontitown, Washington Water Authority, and the Westville Utility Authority.
However, due to the higher temps the next couple of weeks and limited chances for rain, that ALL outdoor irrigation remain on a even/odd watering schedule so that water demand does not outpace our pumping capability.
If your address ends in an odd number, please limit your outdoor usage to early morning hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
If your address ends in an even number, please limit your outdoor usage to early mornings on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
This will help spread the outdoor demand out over the week and allow us Sunday to help catch up in the storage facilities. If you have any questions about BWRPWA please feel free to visit our website at www.bwrpwa.com. Thank you again for everyone's assistance in getting through all this and helping to mitigate what could have quickly become a dire situation without everyone's help.

Not Mandatory BUT Very Helpful If We Can ALL Work Together!!
